Shortly after her first studio classes, Tracy found herself returning to yoga for relaxation and stress reduction. She kept showing up on her mat and somewhere along the way, the practice transformed her. Having completed her 200-hour and 500-hour with Jenny Otto's teacher training, then apprenticing extensively with Jenny Otto and assisting in the Body Balance Yoga Trainings, Tracy's studies are steeped in the Body Balance Yoga tradition. Teaching since 2009, Tracy is honored to be able to share her passion for yoga with others and her love of the practice. With a background in different styles of yoga, her teaching is inspired by Iyengar and Vinyasa with a strong focus on therapeutics – guided by the incomparable teachings of her biggest influence, teacher and mentor, Jenny Otto. Tracy is also a student of the Alexander Technique and uses it to complement her teaching. Tracy is also a graphic designer and owner of OceanWild Design.
